The Royal Decameron Beach & Golf Resort is an 820-room, three-star, all-inclusive hotel operated under the Decameron brand of hotels. The hotel includes an eighteen-hole golf-course, a residential development program with over 300 villas and townhouses to be developed on a 340-acre site, a beach-club and a tour company.
The Caribbean Fund acquired the Royal Decameron Beach & Golf Resort in August 2007.
CPG’s strategy is to retain the Decameron brand and in-place operations team, while adding CPG’s broad hospitality and asset management expertise in order to increase the cash flow and net operating income from the hotel and the sales of residential units.
